Our practice nurse are available for consultation by appointment only. We offer patients the following clinics:-

- Diabetic 1st Tuesday at Burnopfield & 4th Thursday at Stanley
- Well Women /Man
- Family Planning
- Hypertension ( BP )
- Phlebotomy ( bloods )

Flu Vaccinations September - December
We offer patients in high risk groups annual flu vaccinations.These are clinical risk groups.Anyone over 65 years of age.. Asthma, coronary heart disease, diabetic, coronary obstructive airways disease, chronic renal disease, chronic liver disease, multiple sclerosis and stroke patients are all considered high risk.
Additionally young people with Asthma between the ages of 0—16 are also encouraged to attend for a flu vaccine.
Those aged 6 months and over in a clinical risk group.Those living in long stay residential and nursing homes. People who are the main carer for an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if the main carer falls ill. Each year the Practice will publicise the Flu vaccinations and additional information can be obtained from reception staff.
Every 1st Wednesday afternoon 1.30pm-3.15pm of the month at Burnopfield.
Immunisations - Tuesdays from 8.45am (appointments will be sent out for this clinic)
Baby clinics are also held every Thursday 10-11.15am at Louisa Centre, Front Street, Stanley.
Ante Natal Clinics
Burnopfield Tuesdays 9am - 12 noon (Mondays from 17.2.20)
New Bookings Thursday 9am - 12 noon
We offer full diabetic checks to patients at our clinics at Burnopfield and Stanley. A Dietitian and podiatrist is also available by appointment at these clinics.
The practice offers minor surgery to patients. This would be arranged through consultation with your GP.
We offer a fully managed service for all of our patients provided by our specifically trained Nurses who can offer help, support, advice on lifestyle changes and will help you achieve your goal weight.
